    Where: At Nanaimo North Town Centre - Old Sears Building

    When: Friday, December 14th 10 - 9pm, Saturday, December 15th 10 - 6pm, and Sunday, December 16th 11 - 5pm.

    We want to thank you for applying to Vancouver Island Market, Vancouver Island’s first curated Grow, Bake, Make Show. We are passionate about supporting a thriving local market in food, garden and handmade goods.

    Vendor fees range from $260 to $597 plus GST, all fees payable via PayPal. Vendor spaces shapes and size will vary based on layout. Sizes are from 6 x 5' (approx 35sqft) $260, 6 x 10' (approx. 60sqft) $375, 10 x 10' (approx. 100sqft) $497, 15 x 10' (approx. 150sqft) $597 for all three days. Spaces will be sectioned/ taped off. Please respect your neighbour and share good vibes during the show.

    There will be limited power provided at this event at additional cost.

    Our Winter Market will also have a beer garden, staging, live entertainment with games and prizes

    Please fill in your application in full. There are no refunds for this event. By submitting this application, you agree to the terms and conditions in this application.

    Once you have been accepted into the market, payment will need to follow within 5 business days. All late payers will be placed on waitlist immediately so CHECK your spam folders after 24hrs to ensure you're receiving emails. **Do not send pm to our own personal accounts. Please email all inquiries through our VIM channels!**

  • This is the email we will be contacting you from if you get accepted as a VIM winter vendor. Please use a frequently used email that you can add us to your whitelist as well make sure you check your spam folders. You will be sent a confirmation email that we received your application as well as be able to download your copy after you submit. Please do *not* send us any follow up emails/messages in our personal email addresses/ social media accounts if it's regarding VIM.
  • This should be a clickable link where your customers can see your most prominent and active page. (ie. website, Facebook Page, Instagram etc.)
  • Type out the exact wording as if we featured you on our site. Tell us your story here. You can use the same copy from your online About me page if you think it's compelling and feature worthy.

    We reserve the right to contact you 30 days prior to market day to let you know of changes in spacing, location (a different part of the mall).
