Vendor Spotlight

Creeker Survival Gear has been with us since our very first market in March 2018. They are a family owned business with a passion for the outdoors.

Their About me page reads:

Growing up in one of the most beautiful places in British Columbia, I spent most of my childhood with good friends hanging out in Cherry Creek, Port Alberni learning how to fish, camp and forage for chanterelle and pine mushrooms. I learned all of my outdoor skills from my grandpa and wanted to incorporate those survival skills in an easy to carry kit. Now that I have a family of my own, I want to teach them the importance of safety by always being prepared while hiking in the woods.
Creeker Survival Gear consists of bracelets, hiking sticks and attachments for a variety of gear including dog leashes, trekking poles and backpacks. These products are locally made in Nanaimo B.C. by Dave Gaetz. We offer a variety of pre-made and custom-made, wearable survival gear.

Watch this to learn how to use the Creeker Survival Gear attachments!

So glad to have you guys back at our market! These are perfect for anyone’s next outdoor adventure.
